Accounts Executive

Location: Industrial Area, Panchkula, Haryana

Job Summary:
The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating revenue. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can manage client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue by introducing additional products/services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic account planning, upselling, and client cross-selling.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver on client expectations and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in pharma industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and generating revenue
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
