Dosage & Administration
Standard Dosage (For Adults & Patients Above 35 kg):
Day 1: One tablet initially, followed by another tablet after 8 hours.
Day 2 & 3: One tablet every 12 hours (Total: 6 tablets over 3 days).
Important Guidelines:
Take with food (preferably fatty meals) to enhance absorption.
Do not skip doses – Complete the full 3-day regimen.
In case of vomiting within 1 hour, repeat the dose.
Precautions & Warnings
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy unless necessary.
Use with caution in patients with heart conditions (QT prolongation risk).
