Dosage & Administration
Standard Dosage (As per medical advice):
Depression & Anxiety: 10 mg to 20 mg once daily (Escitalopram)
Panic Disorder: Starting dose of 5 mg, increased to 10-20 mg as needed
DURAM®-C (Escitalopram + Clonazepam): One tablet daily, preferably at night
Important Guidelines:
Take once daily, with or without food.
Effects may take 2-4 weeks for full benefits.
Avoid alcohol & sedatives to prevent excessive drowsiness.
Do not stop suddenly—gradual dose reduction is necessary.
Precautions & Warnings
May cause mild nausea, dizziness, or drowsiness initially.

Increased risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults—monitor mood changes.
Not recommended during pregnancy & breastfeeding unless prescribed.
